Fluoride levels in Jerusalem Water
As of September 1, 2014, Fluoride is no longer added to the drinking water in Israel.
Because of the lack of water fluoridation throughout the country, it may be suggested to supplement your children’s diet with fluoride drops or tablets. Check with your dentist to evaluate if your child will need fluoride supplementation. At our dental clinic in Jerusalem, after your cleaning, your dentist will offer to apply topical fluoride to your teeth to prevent your teeth from decay. For more information about fluoride, or about your dental health in Israel, contact your Dentist in Jerusalem (02)625-6541.
